Electric Aluminum Pergolas and Winter Enclosures in Northern Israel – Smart Pergola

We offer three premium engineered solutions to suit any outdoor space:

o SKYTEKS Roll – aluminum louvered roof: aluminum panels that rotate between 90° and 120° (depending on the model) for natural ventilation and precise shade control, with an integrated drainage system.

o Electric pergola – retractable PVC roof: made of high-quality PVC fabric that resists sun and rain, driven by a smart motor that opens and closes at the push of a button.

o SKYTEKS Slide – sliding system: panels that stack to one side with a scissor mechanism for maximum opening, with a modern architectural design and excellent insulation.

o All systems include integrated LED lighting and a concealed drainage system through the columns.

Our products are designed for outdoor use and meet European standards. The systems provide excellent protection from rain and sun; however, the product is classified as a movable shading system and not a fixed concrete roof, so in very extreme weather or high humidity, local condensation or slight water seepage may occur. This is normal and not a manufacturing defect.

The warranty starts from the date the delivery and acceptance form is signed, and is divided as follows:

o 5 years: on the mechanical system, the motor (excluding the piston motor) and the fabric.

o 2 years: on the lighting system, maintenance services and technical support.

o 1 year: on the insulation and sealing system.

o Note: continuation of the mechanical warranty is conditional on proper use and regular annual maintenance services from our company. The warranty does not cover remotes after initial programming, nor faults caused by power-grid fluctuations or damage caused by condensation and internal humidity.

The company is committed to providing technical support and responding to maintenance requests within 7 to 15 business days from the date the service request is formally submitted. If the fault is found to have been caused by misuse or neglected maintenance, the customer bears the cost of service and parts.

Note: full payment for the pergola is a prerequisite for activating the warranty and receiving service. The customer is also responsible for travel and accommodation expenses of the technical team if the location is outside the geographic area of the city where the company is based.

Because all our products are imported and custom-made to each customer’s exact measurements and specifications, the agreement cannot be cancelled or changed in any way once the manufacturing process has started, the production file has been opened, or materials and motors have been ordered.

• The project includes three main, defined payment stages:

  o 40% of the total amount is paid upon order confirmation and the start of planning and preparation.

  o 50% is paid immediately upon completion of manufacturing and before the product leaves the factory for installation.

  o The remaining 10% is paid immediately upon delivery of the final product and confirmation that it is ready.

Our systems are designed to operate efficiently near beaches and pools under normal, reasonable use. However, the warranty does not cover corrosion (rust), discoloration or material damage resulting from direct, continuous contact of the pergola columns or mounting bases with salt water or chlorinated pool water.
