Warranty and service

5-year warranty on the mechanical system, the motor (excluding the piston motor) and the fabric; 2 years on lighting and maintenance; 1 year on insulation and sealing. Service calls are answered within 7–15 business days.

Where in the north do you install?

In the Galilee (Arraba, Sakhnin, Karmiel, Misgav and the area), Acre and the Krayot, Nazareth and the valleys, Haifa and the Carmel, up to Ma’alot, Safed and the Upper Galilee. Beyond the north, we also install in the center and Jerusalem.

Is an electric pergola suitable for a home near the sea?

Yes, as long as you choose a finish and accessories suited to a humid, salty environment and keep up with annual maintenance.

Does an electric pergola protect from rain?

Yes. With the roof closed, the pergola itself does not leak and rainwater drains through the system in the columns. Leaks can only occur at the seam between the pergola and the wall it is mounted on.

Does a pergola need a building permit?

It depends on the local authority and the pergola exemption rules ("the Pergola Law"). We recommend checking with the local planning and building committee before installation – and we are happy to guide you.
