In short: The price of an electric pergola depends mainly on the covered area, the roof type (aluminum louvers, retractable PVC fabric or a sliding system), the motor and control type, lighting and add-ons such as side enclosures, and the nature of the on-site installation. That is why two pergolas of the same size can have very different prices.

What affects the price of an electric pergola?
1. Size and covered area
The price is usually calculated per square meter and by the number of spans. An especially wide span may require stronger columns and beams, which affects the cost.
2. Roof type
- SKYTEKS Roll – aluminum louvers that rotate on their axis (90° to 120°, depending on the model) for precise control of light and ventilation, with integrated drainage.
- SKYTEKS Slide – panels that stack to one side with a scissor mechanism, for an almost fully open roof.
- SKYTEKS Soft – a fabric roof on an aluminum frame.

3. Motor, remote and smart home
We work with leading motor manufacturers such as Somfy and Becker. Wind/rain sensors and smartphone control add to the comfort – and to the price.
4. Lighting and drainage
Our systems include integrated LED lighting and concealed drainage through the columns. Extra lighting or special colors change the pricing.
5. Side enclosures
To enjoy the pergola in winter too, you can add Blind zip, Guillotine windows or Sliding doors.
6. Color, finish and installation
Special colors (see Color options), site access, working at height and the type of wall or floor all affect the installation time and cost.
How is payment structured?
With us, the project is divided into three defined payment stages, starting with 40% when the order is confirmed. Full details are in the FAQ on the home page.
What does the warranty include?
- 5 years on the mechanical system, the motor (excluding the piston motor) and the fabric.
- 2 years on the lighting system, maintenance and technical support.
- 1 year on the insulation and sealing system.
Frequently asked questions about electric pergola prices
Is an electric pergola more expensive than a regular pergola?
Yes, because of the motor, the opening mechanism and the engineered components. In return, you get full control over shade, ventilation and rain protection at the push of a button.
