SKYTEKS Roll
In all of our systems at SKYTEKS, you can find a product that includes high durability thanks to proper equipment and advanced elements used as connecting material between the aluminum field and the construction engineering. The SKYTEKS Roll system is a mobile roof system consisting of panels that move at an angle of 110 degrees around their special axis, allowing independent movement. As a result of this movement, the system provides ambient ventilation and also offers shade adapted to the angle of the sun.
Thanks to the variety of options in colors, models, and different solutions for space closure, your building plans can achieve aesthetic harmony with your architectural composition.
Gutter Wicks
The system provides maximum insulation between the panel and the beam thanks to the foam cords placed on the beam on all four sides of the system, after closing the panels.
High Pressure Coating
Thanks to specially designed panels, they open with a single movement, providing lighting and ventilation. To perform this movement, the profile to which the panels are connected is raised using a high-pressure piston motor.
Optional Lighting
The optional lighting system of SKYTEKS Roll is a special LED system that is specifically installed on the panels.
Ventilation and Insulation
The panels that retract completely using a piston motion provide maximum ventilation. In winter conditions, they perform their ventilation function when placed at an angle of 10 degrees.
Insulated Panel
The isolated panel provides additional thermal and acoustic insulation by applying polyurethane on the panel profiles.
Standard Panel
The technical panel supports thermal insulation by creating gaps between the spaces within the panels.
Water drainage systems
The rain gutter measures 163.5 x 156 mm and weighs 7240 g/m. The size of the front profile is 136.530 mm, and it weighs 2510 g/m. The total cut height reaches 30 cm. The rain gutter prevents excessive water flow thanks to its large tank. When the outlets are connected to each other, they create an integral system integrated into a double locking system. The front profile
The front column profile measures 160 x 160 mm and weighs 6050 g/m. The front columns are installed by inserting a PVC pipe into the water drainage area with its special top hat structure, and water flows through it from the gutter. The front columns are connected to the ground with a 6 mm aluminum peg, thus hiding the appearance of the screws that could disrupt the aesthetics. The corrosion of the front column is prevented by using screws and stainless steel drainage.
The rail
The rail profile measures 70 x 137 mm and weighs 2877 g/m. The rail profile is easily installed thanks to its integrated structure.
The LED profile
In the aluminum system, LED lighting with 24 volts is used.
The profile itself has standard lighting (700 lumens - 3000K - daylight) and ambient RGB lighting directed towards the panel.
At the same time, the LED profile is isolated from the gutter and drainage system, ensuring smooth operation and long life.
The drainage system
With the cover of the column profiles, you can channel water through the columns with drainage elements colored in the aluminum system's color at the exit points. The water flow system is flexible and suitable for various structures, allowing you to choose the exit point from each system column.
Angle adapters
The most significant feature that sets the system apart in the market is the switches located in all four corners. Thanks to the corner profiles, the gutters do not intersect at a 45-degree angle, allowing the parts to complement each other. With premium rubber seals between the angle adapters and the column, there is no need to use silicone to prevent leaks and sealing issues.
Complementary structure
The profiles and seals were specially designed for the front, back, and sides. They protect the engine, electrical components, and mechanical parts of the system from all external conditions. This reduces the need for maintenance by preventing blockages in the drainage. At the same time, an aesthetic appearance is achieved by providing overall completeness to the system from every angle.
